SHANGHAI, September
8, 2009 - It is another first for The
Philadelphia Orchestra in China. Thirty-six
years ago in 1973, the Orchestra was
the first US orchestra to perform in
China, at the special request of President
Richard Nixon to serve as cultural ambassador
in re-establishing US's bilateral ties
with China.......
In order to enhance
the understanding of the Chinese business
environment, the Arcadia MBA Student
Delegation from Pennsylvania led by
Dr. Tony Muscia, paid a visit to China
between 19th June and 27th June, 2009......
In order to further
explore the opportunities of business
development and cooperation between
Pittsburgh Region and Wuhan City 20-22
May, 2009, the Delegation from Pittsburgh
Region led by Mr. Roger Cranville......
