On November 12, 2009, Adelphi Kitchens (Robesonia PA), officially launched their China presence by opening their new showroom in Shanghai. Nick Yatron, Adelphi's VP led the effort and was in Shanghai to help install the custom cabinets they designed for the showroom. Last July 2009, Adelphi signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Shanghai HanYi Trading Company Ltd. to promote its custom kitchen cabinetry in China and Shanghai HanYi is managing the showroom and Adelphi's promotion in China.

Nick Yatron, Adelphi's Vice President, participated in the 2007 delegation to China led by then Secretary Dennis Yablonsky, and met with Shanghai HanYi during the delegation meetings. Nick commented, "We are very excited to be moving forward with our China initiative, the PA Shanghai office has been a great resource and has supported our efforts as we selected our partner and negotiated the terms of the contract. We look forward to continuing to work with them in Shanghai".
