Ever since its
establishment, Pennsylvania Center has functioned
as a bridge connecting Pennsylvania and China.
PAC has organized large-scale Pennsylvania
Trade Mission to China comprising of government
officials and business executives, and received
substantial number of individual visitors
as well.
PAC will put together itineraries and Mission
programs for delegations of Pennsylvania high-ranking
officials and business executives to visit China.
Meanwhile, Pennsylvania Center can assist Chinese
delegations visiting the United States to promote
extensive exchanges on fields of trade, culture,
education, ports between the two countries.
Pennsylvania
Center is now preparing for a November
business development mission to China
by the Commonwealth. Pennsylvania's Secretary
of Community and Economic Development
Dennis Yablonsky is leading the upcoming
multi-sector trade mission to key industrial
cities in eastern China. The purpose of
this mission is to assist PA companies
in exporting their products and services.
On the trip, the delegation will visit
the cities of Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai,
and Suzhou.
Meeting
face-to-face with prospective customers
is crucial to establishing the relationships
that play an important role in business.
PA business objectives for this mission
are our primary concern. Travel itineraries
are personalized - tailoring all business
appointments and meeting locations to
accommodate the company's individual
needs.
During
the visit, the Secretary will participate
in a Pennsylvania reception and will
preside over a signing ceremony to celebrate
major deals or strategic MOUs. The reception
will include 200-300 people representing
Pennsylvania companies and alumni already
based in China. This is a unique PR
and government relations opportunity
for all PA and Chinese companies alike!
