Pennsylvania Center (PAC) was created in 2006 to develop commercial relationship between Pennsylvania and China. Sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and in collaboration with private-sector members of the Pennsylvania business community, PAC represents the State of Pennsylvania's interest in the expanding market of China.

Pennsylvania Center (PAC), the Commonwealth's official representative office in Shanghai, was created to offer the following services:

Provide Executive Offices for PA companies to incubate their growing China business;

Promote Pennsylvania exports to China and convey opportunities for business development and strategic partnerships through our extensive network;

Facilitate strategic government relations;

Establish a community for PA companies to share resources and information in China.
