The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) offers hands-on assistance to Pennsylvania companies as they seek to identify and capitalize on international business opportunities. The export assistance programs are designed to help Pennsylvania SMEs to seek development overseas, which include Work Order.

The Work Order program is developed to enable PA companies to access the foreign markets. Each Work Order assigned to China will receive certain amount of free services (a limit of 3 services per request) provided by Pennsylvania Center including:
