Dr. Marshall W. Meyer
Richard A. Sapp Professor; Professor
of Management and Sociology
Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania
Dr. Meyer joined
Wharton, University of Pennsylvania
in 1987, and was named Richard A.
Sapp Professor since 2002. Previous
appointments include: University of
California, Riverside; Cornell University;
Harvard University. Visiting appointments:
Hong Kong University of Science and
Technology; Singapore Management University;
Chinese University of Hong Kong; Tsinghua
University; Yale University; University
of California, Los Angeles; University
of California, Irvine. Dr. Meyer also
conducted many consulting projects,
such as projects on State-owned enterprise
reform in China; internationalization
of Chinese firms; technology and knowledge
transfer in Chinese high-tech industrial
parks.
Dr. Meyer
received his PhD degree and MA from
the University of Chicago in 1967
and 1965 respectively.

Ms. Caroline Edwards
Managing Director

Caroline Edwards serves as Managing
Director of DHR International, Hong
Kong and is also Global Head of Succession
Planning Practice Group. DHR International

Caroline's expertise within the industry
focuses on assisting clients in the

with special emphasis on Lifescience
Technology, Consumer and Venture Capital/Private
Equity practice areas both regionally
and globally
Prior to joining DHR International,
Caroline spent the majority of her
professional career in Human Resources,
serving in various capacities. Most
recently Caroline served as a senior
HR executive with HSBC in Hong Kong.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Education
from the University of Wales. She
is also a registered and accredited
practitioner in the use of a wide
variety of internationally recognized
psychometric and people assessment
tools.

Mr. Gordon Hwang
Senior Vice President, China
Tyco Electronics
Mr. Gordon Hwang
serves as Senior Vice President China,
for Tyco Electronics, one of the world's
largest providers of engineered electronic
components, network solutions, undersea
telecommunication systems and wireless
systems. As the country leader, he
chairs the Tyco Electronics China
Business Council and supports all
China organizations, providing local
coordination and leadership, and building
teamwork and collaboration among the
various operations, functions and
businesses.
Mr. Hwang previously
served as the company's Regional General
Counsel for Asia and also as Lead
Counsel for the former Communications,
Computer and Consumer Electronics
(CC&CE) business which is now
part of the company's Communications
& Industrial Solutions (CIS) business.
Mr. Hwang holds
a bachelor's degree in English from
Colgate University, New York, U.S.
and a law degree from Fordham University,
New York, U.S.
